We were a party of six that decided to meet up at Vinaigrette after work for an early dinner. When we arrived they couldn’t seem to find our reservation although we had called earlier that day to book the table, but they finally seated us at an available table. It was quite empty when we first arrived because it was early, but that didn’t mean for easier service unfortunately. We had to scan the restaurant several times to try and find a waiter to take our order…and that seemed to be the theme of the night, especially as the place got more packed. Food was good, what you’d expect from Vinaigrette – we ordered a mixture of salads, sushi, sashimi and makis - but service was slow, hard to get, and the staff looked so lost trying to handle the packed restaurant. We had to ask so many times to clear our table of dirty dishes, ask repeatedly and waited ages for a simple bottle of water, and one of the waiters kept pouring wine for someone who didn’t want any! Vinaigrette is expensive, so you’d expect a certain level of service to accompany that hefty bill, but not on this night unfortunately. |

Spectacular views, nice furniture. Unfortunately the light was so dim that none of us could not read the menu. We had to use a candle to read it! I could not see what I was eating either. For two boats Maki and Sushi and two bottles of wine we were charged about 220 JD. I found the food okay but not great. Altogether, a beautiful place but average food and overpriced. |

Loved the new look, cant wait to visit during the summer. the staff were friendly and had good knowledge of the menu. I've been there a couple of times but never tried anything but sushi, the other dishes look tempting but i still cant get over their boats and combo platters. i have tried their delivery service (once a week) , the online menu is clear and the operator is always suggesting new combos to try (i cant say no to him) everything arrives on time, no missing pieces, nothing smudged or deformed and the boxes are sealed well to avoid any soy sauce tsunamis. great place, strongly recommended |

Very tasty. -Sushi Family Boat: an excellent selection of very tasty sushi. -Nutella Crepe: NUTELLA!! Yummy. |

This place has the most spectacular views of Amman. As typical for Amman, the views are better from the smoking section as opposed to the non-smoking section. But, I will keep to the non-smoking section.
We were there as it was starting to get dark, and enjoyed seeing Amman slowly light up at night. The restaurant quickly shifted lighting and adjusted the blinds. Music was pleasant and low key. Service was good. Sushi is the specialty here. The Crunchy Salmon Salad was absolutely delicious. Always fresh.
We were craving an appetizer, and I thought the offerings are not that impressive (plain spring rolls, mozerella sticks ??!!). Vinaigrette should look into offering more creative non-sushi items on the menu, perhaps sticking with the Asian theme.
Love it. Will keep going back.
